Maj Invest Energy Transition
The investment strategy is to acquire minority equity stakes of 5-15% in innovative companies contributing to the green energy transition in developed markets. The strategy also includes investments in digital infrastructure, with a particular focus on data centers. For the green transition component, the strategy focuses on companies rather than standalone assets like transmission, solar, and wind, investing primarily in the development and value chain behind them. Investments are structured as co-investments validated professional partners with proven track records.

MIET I also has exposure to digital infrastructure through Blue Owl Digital Infrastructure, a strategy focused on developing and investing in data centers with hyperscalers.
MIET I is classified as an Article 8 fund under the EU's Sustainability Disclosure Regulation (2019/2088) with a core focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), notably SDG5, Gender Equality; SDG7, Affordable and Clean Energy; and SDG13, Climate Action.
