Maj Invest Energy Transition I (MIET I)

MIET I acquires minority equity stakes of 5 to 15% in innovative companies contributing to the green energy transition in developed markets. The strategy focuses on development-stage companies and the value chain behind energy assets, rather than standalone wind, solar, or transmission assets. Investments are structured as co-investments with validated professional partners.

Strategic partnership: Glentra Fund I, a leading green transition investor co-founded by Maj Invest and Novo Holdings. MIET I holds a minority stake in Glentra.
